* Students between the ages of 12 - 17 must be on the account with a parent or guardian. For students in kindergarten through the 12th grade, earn $20.00 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher OR an attendance record with 4 or fewer days absent during the school year AND sign up for e-statements. If your student's grade card isn't based on a 4.0 system, that student can still receive $20.00/annually for good grades (please call Phelps County Bank for further details). The student's grade card or attendance record must be presented at Phelps County Bank in person between May 1st and August 31st for the previous school year to receive the $20.00.
Students ages 18 and older do not need a parent or guardian on the account.
